Terms and Conditions
Pattaya Yacht Charters Co., ltd Cancellation Policy
Day Charter Cancellation Policy
To reserve the charter we require a 50% deposit of the boat charter fee. The remaining 50% charter fee balance, + guest pass package, catering, alcohol or any additional requests can be paid on the day of your charter in cash at our Ocean Marina head office, paid via credit card at our office or via bank transfer a minimum of 5 days before the charter date.
If four weeks or more notice is given by the client to cancel the charter then Pattaya Yacht Charters will refund 50% of the 50% deposit payment or alternatively an ulterior charter date can be arranged and the remaining deposit is used towards reserving another date. If full payment has been made we will refund 75% of the payment whilst retaining 25% of the yacht charter fee.
If less than four weeks notice is given then there will be no refund of the 50% charter fee deposit. If full payment has been made we will refund 50% of the payment whilst retaining 50% of the yacht charter fee.
We do not cancel charters due to rainy days as all of our boats can still provide comfort to enjoy the day even when rain is present. It never rains constantly all day long and the far islands of Pattaya have a very dry microclimate. Quite often when it is raining on the mainland it is dry on the islands. There is no refund if the customer decides to cancel due to a rainy day. The most important weather factor to consider when chartering a yacht is the sea conditions and we will only cancel the charter if the sea conditions are severe and we consider it dangerous to go to sea. In such cases, a full refund will be given or if you prefer payments can be retained by Pattaya Yacht Charters and used for a future charter date.
