Pattaya Yacht Charters Co., ltd spectacular one week charter to the best
exotic locations the Eastern Seaboard of Thailand has to offer. There
are over 50 glorious small islands in the Koh Chang National Marine
Park. “Koh” means island in Thai language and you will experience
several amazing islands during your week including Koh Kood. The serene
island of Koh Kood has often been voted the most beautiful island in all
of Asia with mind-blowingly stunning beaches.
A visit to the archipelago of Koh-Chang is like a step back in time;
famous for its waterfalls, abundant coral reefs and long sandy beaches,
which still remain virtually untouched by tourism. Discover many secret
wonders from the deck of your yacht, whilst stretching your land legs by
sampling fantastic aromatic Thai cuisine along the way.
Anchorages and exact itinerary will depend on sea conditions. All
itineraries can be adapted during the charter depending on our client's

itinerary in order to provide complete satisfaction and the best

Day One:
Pattaya to Koh Samet
- 50 Nautical Miles
Depart at 10 am from Ocean Marina to cruise past
the many untouched islands lining the passage
through the coast to the beautifully preserved
island of Koh Samet enjoying a delicious lunch
served en route at Samae San island and arriving
at Koh Samet late afternoon. We will anchor in
the calmest bay depending on sea conditions.
Simply relax and soak up the atmosphere while
enjoying cocktails onboard before preparing for
an enthralling evening ashore dining at one of
the colourful beachside Koh Samet restaurants
serving a diverse range of European, Thai and
Seafood cuisine.
After dinner perhaps enjoy an evening of
fantastic Thai fire shows and beachfront live
music venues. For those looking to party you can
complete the evening at one of the many lively
beach bars and clubs before settling in for a
relaxing night on board in your private cabin.
Day Two:
Koh Samet to Koh
Chang -
55 Nautical
Miles
Enjoy the morning at Ko Samet, relax on the
white sandy beaches, sunbathe or perhaps take a
Tuk Tuk or scooter to explore the island.
Heading off at around Midday for a long 55
nautical mile cruise to the fabulous island of
Koh Chang arriving at Koh Changs biggest and
most famous beach appropriately called ‘White
Sand Beach’ at around 5.30 pm. Enjoy some
sundowner drinks onboard or on the beach. There
are many excellent fresh Seafood restaurants on
the White Sand Beach that are highly
recommended. Behind White sand beach is Koh
Changs busiest nightlife area which also
includes two of the best live music bars in
Thailand especially Oodies where the owner
performs in his own awesome band.
Day Three:
Koh Chang to Koh Mak
- 22 Nautical Miles
In
the morning perhaps explore the Gigantic
stunning White Sands beach and you will
understand why the beach got its name. If you
need to do any shopping White sands is the main
area of Koh Chang island. Alternatively perhaps
enjoy one of the islands many activities such as
treetop adventure park, elephant trekking, ATV
rides and trek to Klong Plu Waterfall.
At
around 2.30 pm we will cruise to Koh Mak with
her soft golden sand being gently kissed by warm
tropical seas. There are plenty of good
restaurants and places to go drink an evening
cocktail however you won’t find any disco or
loud bars on the island. Using the yacht's
tender to explore the bays is a must and it's
also highly recommended to visit the
breathtakingly stunning Koh Kham only a few
hundred meters away from Koh Mak.
Day Four:
Koh Mak
Enjoy a complete chilled out day at the paradise
island of Koh Mak. In the morning perhaps have
breakfast ashore at one of the excellent island
hotels and later maybe rent a bicycle to
explore. A journey around the island either by
foot, bicycle or yacht reveals the hidden
treasures of Koh Mak with stunning beaches that
curve gracefully around the coastline. Koh Mak
is a lovely small island that challenges so many
of our views of Thailand. In a country that’s an
enigmatic mix of elegance and hedonism, Koh Mak
is a piece of Thailand that has not lost its
treasured Thai values. The tropical paradise of
Koh Mak is one of the safest places on earth.
The coastline is predominantly mangrove swamps
leading into pristine beaches with shallow warm
waters.
You
will not find any nightlife on the island and
there is virtually no crime.
Day Five:
Koh Mak to Koh Kood
Via Koh
Rang - 18 Nautical
Miles
Around 8.30 am we will cruise West to Koh Rang
which is teeming with marine life and offers
several dive sites and the best snorkelling of
the entire trip. You will be surrounded by
hundreds of small colourful tropical fishes,
larger pelagic fishes and reef fish. You may
spot a sea turtle or even a Whale Shark if
you're lucky! Afterwards cruising northwards we
will arrive at the piece de resistance island of
Koh Kood with probable anchorage at Bang Bao Bay
which offers great shelter, stunning bay and
fantastic snorkelling.
Day Six:
Koh Kood - 10 Nautical Miles
Koh
Kood (also known as Koh Kut) is a large,
mountainous island whose interior remains
largely jungle-covered and whose western and
southern coasts are dotted with glorious
white-sand beaches. Without doubt, Koh Kood is
the Jewel in the crown of the Koh Chang
archipelago. The waters surrounding the West
Coast of the magical island are crystal clear
and some of the beaches obtain an other-worldly
drop-dead gorgeous Maldivian appearance. So
beautiful are these beaches that they have won
many awards such as Britain’s Sunday Times’ Top
10 most beautiful beaches in the world!!!
Mid
Morning we will cruise Northwards Dropping
anchor at Klong Chao beach and a kayak journey
up the river followed by a jungle trek to the
beautiful Klong Chao waterfall is highly
recommended. Evening anchorage will be in a
spectacular Bay on the west coast near the
Captain Hook resort.
Day Seven:
Koh Kood - 6 Nautical Miles
Experience the amazing West coast glorious
beaches. For lunch, it is recommended to kayak
up the estuary besides Captain Hook resort to
the awesome Bann Makok restaurant. In the
afternoon you can explore the amazing beach
north of the Soneva Kiri 6 star resort where the
night's anchorage will likely be. Dinner at the
Soneva Kiri Resort or Captain Hook resort is
highly recommended. (For Soneva Kiri resort
table need to book with 48 hours notice)
Day Eight:
Morning
Departure from Koh Kood Options
Option A) Cruise to Mainland opposite Koh Chang - 40 NM.
15-minute Taxi Journey to Trat airport and fly 1 hour to Suvarnabhumi Airport Bangkok.
Option B) Cruise to Mainland opposite Koh Chang - 40 NM.
Approximately 3 hour 30 minutes taxi journey to Pattaya or Bangkok.
Option C) Drop off at Koh Kood, Koh Mak or Koh Chang to extend your holiday further.
